HARVESTING

Minton Sun picks all its fruit by hand and none of it is allowed to touch the ground. Our staff of professional fruit pickers place the fruit in specially designed fruit bags which are attached to their bodies with a harness.
Then they carefully transfer the fruit to the fruit bins which are then loaded on a trailer
and carried to the packinghouse.
